All orders are shipped with DHL Express. Once your order has been prepared you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you in real time.

DHL is a highly regarded international courier and most shipments arrive smoothly. Responsibility for the parcel passes to the courier once it has been handed over, and we cannot be held liable for delays, loss or damage that occur in transit. In the rare event of an issue, we will gladly assist you with the information needed to open a claim with the courier.

Return Policy

Blue Lotus Oil is a deeply personal product. For reasons of purity, safety and respect for our customers, we never resell oils that have left our care or could have been opened, tested or handled by others.

Each bottle is prepared to order, carefully measured and sealed. Because we cannot guarantee the integrity or exact quantity of any returned oil, all sales are considered final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed.

In situations where a cancellation request is approved before preparation or dispatch, a restocking fee will apply to cover handling and processing. Please contact us for details and we will review your request with care.

Customs And Import Taxes

We have been shipping internationally for many years and prepare all documentation with the aim of supporting a smooth, compliant delivery to you.

Customs regulations and policies can change, and occasionally an order may be selected for additional clearance checks in your country. When this happens, we are available to provide any supporting documents the courier or authorities may request.

In some cases the courier may charge a small clearance processing fee, typically in the region of $10 to $15, and your parcel may also be subject to local import duties or taxes, which are payable directly to the courier or customs agency.
